By accessing or using Sealdy (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sealdy generates draft contracts and quotes from information you provide. The Service is a drafting aid only and does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document and, where appropriate, having it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before use.

3. Accounts & Plans

Some features require an account and a paid subscription. Plan limits, pricing, and billing are described at signup and may change with notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. No Legal Advice; Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all generated documents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sealdy is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We disclaim all liability arising from your use of generated documents to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sealdy’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
